Property Valuation is the act of determining the momentary worth of property. It can be carried out for various purposes such as determination of Open Market Value, Compulsory Acquisition, and Compensation, Mortgage, Merger Bid, Company accounts, Insurance, Debenture and Stock financing, etc.
One of the areas of core competence of AEC is property valuation which is the art and science of determining the monetary worth of properties/assets across Nigeria for both private, corporate, and Government Agencies.
