He obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Estate Management from Joseph Ayo Babalola University Ikeji-Arakeji, Osun State. Prior to that, he had obtained Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Diploma (ND) in Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Ojere, Abeokuta also in Estate Management.

In his quest for further educational pursuit, Abdul proceeded to the prestigious University of Lagos where he obtained his Masters of Science (MSc.) Degree in Estate Management.

He is a full professional and chartered Estate Surveyor and Valuer, and dully qualified and registered by the appropriate real estate practice regulatory body; Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). He is also an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), A Certified Project Manager (CPM) of International Project Management Professional (IPMP), a Graduate Membership of the Nigeria Institutes of Management (NIM), an associate member, Society for Peace Studies and Practice (SPSP), A Certified Trainer.

He is a highly sought and positive thinker, eloquent public speaker, and team motivator. He is well known for his quest in imparting knowledge with his highly-developed skills in real estate, leadership, entrepreneurship, nation-building, training, research, investment, and risk analysis. He is a reputable scholar known for always exhibiting a high degree of professionalism which has seen him contribute significantly to organizational and societal growth in different spheres of life.
