ESV RAIMI KAZEEM O. obtained his Masters of Science (M.Sc.) degree from the prestigious University of Lagos, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Joseph Ayo Babalola University Ikeji-Arakeji, Osun State, Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Diploma (ND) in Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Ojere, Abeokuta respectively. Chartered Estate Surveyor and Valuer, is dully qualified and registered by the appropriate real estate practice regulatory body; Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). He is also an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), A Certified Project Manager (CPM) with International Project Management Professional (IPMP). He coordinates valuation assignments together with the valuation team. His duties lie within determining the market value of properties, preparation of assets, field inventory list, valuation of specialized and non-specialized properties, and conducting a market survey for price information amongst others. He has carried out a series of valuations within Nigeria.
