This firm; Abdul Emmanuel Consulting has changed my ideology and beliefs always thinking when I am to carry out a job it must be contracted to a very known and big firm otherwise the job is not yet done. But recently one of the very popular firms in this industry disappointed me and search for an Estate Surveyors and Valuers firm in Abeokuta and meet this wonderful company. They are exactly all I need. They look small but mighty. What impressed me most is the sense of respect for time and humanity, they arrive for appointments promptly, carefully take brief with meaningful contributions and salient questions and in all the job was delivered timely with a sense of responsibility. I hardly give feedback or make review comments’ but with the level at which I am amazed I needed to do this so others who use to think like me will change their orientation. We have a young set of guys that are really ready to work and deliver. The company carried a valuation job for us in the middle of making an investment decision which is capital intensive, the technical report presented was fantastic and we never had any regret following their advisory of market analysis given and we are happy about it.
